Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Please give 24HR notice for cancellations.
We have to use customers' home water and power.
Expect the vehicle to be unavailable for 2 - 6 hours.
Please remove all valuable objects from the vehicle. Removing trash is not necessary.
Please let us know if there might be any sharp objects in the car.
Satisfaction is guaranteed! Reviewers are highly encouraged!

Refund Policy

Damage found within 2 days
If you find a spot we missed, allow us to fix that.
Total dissatisfaction with the work performed.
